Delivery Policy

Where and how

We deliver door-to-door anywhere in South Africa via our courier partners. Every parcel is tracked, and you receive the tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

How long it takes

Our products are imported on order. Typical delivery is 10–14 days from payment. That is the honest number — we would rather quote it straight than surprise you.

If it runs late

We execute your order within 30 days of receiving it unless we agree otherwise (ECTA section 46). If we cannot dispatch in time you may cancel for a full refund, and if goods are unavailable we refund any payment within 30 days. We will have contacted you long before that point.

Risk and ownership

Risk and ownership of the goods pass to you on delivery (CPA section 19). Please examine your parcel on arrival and report any damage or shortage promptly.

Delivery costs

Delivery is quoted at checkout before you pay, based on the weight of your order. What you see is what you pay — there are no surprise charges on delivery, and any customs handling on imported stock is our cost, not yours.
